Denial is the first emotion that starts off the 5 stages of grief. I used different shades of grey to represent the grey area between the before and after experience of grief.

     My designs feature a formal patchwork pantsuit with a large funeral sunhat. Throughout the pantsuit is accents of green and red which are the main colors of my collection. The green represents bargaining and red representing anger.

The green lining on the hat, and top is made of a satin fabric. The red featured on the waist line, side paints seams, and hat brim is rhinestone trim.
